Q: What is the file upload limit?

A: You can upload up to 5 files at a time. We support JPEG, PNG, and HEIC receipt photos. PDF support may be limited depending on the file.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do not offer refunds for payments already made. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Q: Is my financial data secure?

A: Your receipts are stored under your own account and protected by account access rules. We never sell your receipt data to third parties.

Q: Can I edit receipt details?

A: Yes. If extraction is not 100% accurate, you can manually edit the merchant, date, amount, category, and tax claimable amount.

Q: How long can I keep my receipts?

A: Paid users can keep receipt records for long-term tax reference, subject to your plan, fair storage use, and account status.

Q: Can I delete or export my receipts?

A: Yes. You can delete receipts you no longer need and export your expense records for tax preparation.

Q: How do I report a bug?
